Nothing Is The Same...
It’s been a minute. Okay, more like 200 plus days. But, who’s counting?!?
Anyway, my world exploded this year in the best way. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy in September and nothing is the same.
I can’t even fathom what’s next or what could top this experience. In fact, it’s taken this long to even attempt to put into words how I feel about it all.
But, I had a chance to share my joy with a friend that I had not connected with in a while and this was the most poetic synopsis I’ve amassed thus far…
“It’s like I get to watch life take shape again, outside of my body, with an entirely different set of circumstances, choices, etc., but all supported by and because of what I’ve done with/in my own life.”
In short, it’s incredible!
While I had high hopes of returning to “normal life” soon, what I know for sure (Hey Oprah!) at the moment is what once was, was normal for then. But, THIS…this is all new, all consuming, and still normalizing.
In the meantime, meet the latest LOVE of my life...
